From profile to opportunity.

Player profiling
We analyse the player's characteristics: level, position, playing style, potential and objectives.

Sporting research
We study different competitive environments and the categories where the player could fit.

Contact & opportunities
We manage contacts and possible observation or trial processes when the right conditions exist.

Club decision
The club evaluates the player and decides independently. ATG never decides on behalf of a club.

Follow-up
ATG accompanies the player through the next phases of their sporting development.
No program guarantees a signing, a federation registration or acceptance by a club. Participation in official competition depends on registration, licensing, federation rules, documentation and, where applicable, authorisations.
Clubs
Transparent about every relationship.
We only publish club relationships that are documented and authorised. When we do, we always state what kind of relationship it is.
Official collaboration
A formal, documented agreement between ATG and the club.
Player experience
An ATG player has trained or competed with the club.
Trial process
The club has observed or trialled an ATG player.
