Safeguarding
Protecting young players comes first.
Many of the players we work with are minors. Their safety, wellbeing and dignity guide every decision we make.
Our principles
Seven principles we live by.
Respect
Every child is treated with respect for their identity, culture and opinions.
Good treatment
Positive, caring relationships between staff, players and families.
Prevention
Organisation and rules designed to prevent risks before they appear.
Protection
Acting quickly and responsibly when a child may be at risk.
Communication
Open channels so players and families can raise any concern.
Responsible action
Clear responsibilities for staff and cooperation with authorities when required.
Confidentiality
Personal information of minors is handled with strict care.
Privacy of minors
We never publish identity documents, addresses, medical data, individual schedules, sensitive school information, real-time location or private sporting documents. Images of minors are only used with valid authorisation from their legal guardians.
Raise a concern
If you have a question or concern about the protection of a child in an ATG activity, please contact us. Your message will be treated confidentially by the responsible person.
In an emergency, always contact the local emergency services first (112 in Spain).
