This policy explains how ATG — Athletic Talent Group (“ATG”) processes the personal data of the people who use this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect

• Applications: player identification and sporting data (name, date of birth, nationality, position, club, football background and video links) and contact details of the player or their parent/legal guardian.
• Contact enquiries: name, email, phone (optional), organisation and message.
• Browsing data: only the technical cookies needed for the website to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies.

We do not request identity documents, medical data or other special categories of data through this website.

Purposes and legal basis

• Reviewing applications and answering enquiries — your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Sending information about ATG programs — only if you have given your separate, optional consent.
• Website analytics — only with your consent to analytics cookies.

Minors

When the player is under 18, applications must be submitted or supervised by their parent or legal guardian, and all communication will be with them. Under Spanish law, minors under 14 cannot consent to the processing of their data; consent is given by their legal representatives. We never publish identifiable information or images of minors without valid authorisation from their legal guardians.

Retention

Application data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the application and any resulting relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that host this website and its forms, under data processing agreements. Player information is only shared with clubs with the prior consent of the player or their legal guardians.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
