Ten questions parents should ask before choosing a football program abroad

Sending a child to train abroad is a big decision. These questions help families compare options with clarity.

Every family deserves clear answers before making a decision. These are the questions we encourage parents to ask any organisation — including us.

  • What exactly is included, what is optional and what is not included?
  • Who will be responsible for my child day to day?
  • How and how often will you communicate with us?
  • How is the player's level assessed, and will we receive a written evaluation?
  • Which clubs could the player train with, and what kind of relationship do you have with them?
  • What happens if the player does not find a club?
  • How do you combine football with education?
  • What are the residence rules?
  • How do you protect minors and their personal data?
  • Can we talk to other families?

Be cautious with any program that guarantees a professional contract or a place in a specific academy. In football, the final decision always belongs to the club.
