Many families imagine a football trial as a single decisive match in front of a scout. In reality, a well-designed trial is a week of observation in different contexts, with the aim of understanding the player as a whole.
Before the trial
Everything starts with the application. Sharing honest information about the player's club, category, position and objectives — and some video if available — helps us decide whether an in-person trial is the right step right now.
During the week
- Training sessions with specific technical and tactical content
- Observation in game situations
- Physical observation adapted to age
- Conversations with the player about objectives and habits
Depending on the profile and the organisation of each trial, there may also be sporting experiences with clubs. These are never promised in advance without the club's authorisation.
After the trial
The most important moment is the feedback. A good assessment explains strengths, areas to improve and realistic options: an opportunity in a club, a longer development program, or recommendations to keep progressing at home.
The right opportunity starts with the right assessment.
